  • Use a weekly planner. Have a meeting with your team or yourself at the start of the week and decide want has to be achieved during the week and when task need to be completed
  • Block out times for important thinking work and group activities together.
  • Consider your time wasters. Main categories are Lack of planning, poor admin skills – group telephone calls, have periods of the day you don't take calls. Review emails at  set periods, develop systems. Look at personal issues and deal with them – feeling overwhelmed often comes from lack of planning, procrastination often comes form overload and avoidance – solution review your goals break down into tasks and schedule time. The home front – streamline, reduce, delegate and plan ahead. Decide on priorities.
